NPWI, Trevecca University (National Praise & Worship Institute)
NPWI (National Praise & Worship Institute) is a music curriculum within Trevecca Nazarene University. The goal is to provide a creative environment that trains and equips students who desire to be a worship pastor, worship leader, Christian artist, or songwriter for the local church and the church at large.
McClearen’s role with NPWI has been to coach students in their stage look & attire, photograph groups for their promotional needs, and set up websites for these groups. Also we created set design for video productions that filmed within their facility and handled the photography for events that featured these musicians.
Working with this program has been one of the highlights of my career. I loved working with the leadership, and the students. Randall Bayne brought vast experience, caring and Christ into this program in a mightly way. I am sure all of the students involved have been blessed to be a part, and have held that highest joy… that of blessing others with their talent!
